Who Else But God?

Copyright 2011 Cheryl Allen Lee

Who else but God could paint the sky so beautiful and blue?

Who else but God is here with me and yet there with you?

Who else but God could place the moon and scatter the stars just right?

I want to know.  I need to know, who else?

Who else but God made waterfalls so endless and so clear?

Who else can both precede and follow me so near?

Who made everything from nothing in less than seven days?

Who else but God knows my thoughts, my moods, my dreams and my ways?

Who else?  Who else but God offers forgiveness and washes away my sin,

with the precious blood of Jesus?  Who else but God?

Who else but God, with perfect timing, turns daylight into night?

Who else but God that sits high and looks down low could make everything

alright?

It was He

Copyright 2011 Cheryl Allen Lee

Have you ever heard a still small voice speak to you?
Have you ever been told what to do or not do?
Have you ever known deep in your heart, with no doubt, it was He?
It was He.

Have you ever felt peace within your broken heart?
Have you ever been healed after being torn apart?
Have you ever known deep in your soul, with no doubt, it was He?
It was He.

I just know that I know that I know.
I just know that I know that I know.
I just know that I know it was He.
It was He.

Have you known someone who’d give their life just for you?
Have you known someone who will always see you through?
Have you ever known deep in your heart, with no doubt, it was He?
It was He.

I just know that I know that I know.
I just know that I know that I know.
I just know that I know it was He.
It was He.

I have heard that still small voice speak to my soul.
And I felt the love that makes me completely whole.
And I knew that deep in my heart, with no doubt, it was He.
It was He. I know that I know that.

And I know that I know that I know.

And I know that I know that I know.

And I know that I know it was He. It was He.  It was He.

The Battle is the Lord's

by Michael McKay/Varn McKay

There's no pain Jesus can't feel.
No hurt, that He cannot heal.
For all things work according to His perfect will.
No matter what you're going through,
Remember God is using You.
For the battle is not yours.
It's the Lord's.

There's no sadness Jesus can't feel.
And there is no sorrow that He just can't heal.
For all things work according to His perfect will.
No matter what you're going through,
Remember God is using You.
For this battle is not yours.
It's the Lord's.

It's the Lord's.
Yes, It's the Lord's.
Hold your head up high,
Don't you cry.
It's the Lord's.
It's the Lord's.
Yes, It's the Lord's.

No matter what you're going through,
Remember God is using you.

No matter what you're going through,
Remember that God is using you.

No matter what you're going through
Remember that my God is only using you.

For this battle is not yours alone.
This battle is not yours, no.
Let God handle it by Himself.

Oh, this battle is not yours.
Oh, let Him fight it.
He wants to use you.
For the battle is not yours. It's the Lord's.

The Blood Will Never Lose Its Power

by Andrae Crouch

The blood that Jesus shed for me
Way back on Calvary.
The blood that gives me strength
From day, day to day
It will never lose its power.

It reaches from the highest mountain. Oh my Lord.
Then it flows to the lowest valley.
The blood that gives me strength
From day to day
It will never lose its power.

It will never lose its power.

Come Ye Disconsolate

by Thomas Moore/Thomas Hastings/Samuel Webbe

Come ye disconsolate, wherever ye languish,
Come to the mercy seat, fervently kneel.
Here bring your wounded hearts, here tell all your anguish;
Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.

Joy of the desolate, light of the straying,
Hope of the penitent, fadeless and pure!
Here speaks the Comforter, tenderly saying,
“Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot cure.”

Here see the Bread of Life, see waters flowing
Forth from the throne of God, pure from above.
Come to the feast of love; come, ever knowing
Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot cure.
